  1. What a neat idea! just curious–how much milk to make that ball of cheese? Do you need unpasteurized milk? Your cheese looks professional.

    • Thank you, it takes one gallon of milk to make about a pound of cheese. It is better if the cheese is not pastuerized but it can be pastuerized (but not ultra-pastuerized).
