The present day church was built from 1783-1797. A beautiful white mission style church this church lives up to its colloquial name of the \u201cwhite dove.\u201d<br \/>\nLocated right off interstate 19 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sanxaviermission.org\/Directions.html\">(click here for Map), <\/a>the mission is only 14 miles south of Tucson, AZ. It makes for a good short rest stop, which for us, was just what we needed.<br \/>\n<object width=\"425\" height=\"344\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/ntwMXesSgxQ&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;\"><\/param><param name=\"allowFullScreen\" value=\"true\"><\/param><param name=\"allowscriptaccess\" value=\"always\"><\/param><embed src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/ntwMXesSgxQ&#038;hl=en_US&#038;fs=1&#038;\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" allowscriptaccess=\"always\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" width=\"425\" height=\"344\"><\/embed><\/object><br \/>\nThe mission is open every day of the year from 8:00-5:00PM.
