Japanese Porkchops!<\/p><\/div>\n<p>I have this wierd thing where I like to watch youtube videos of people cooking foreign foods and then I try to make the recipes at home. This week I made Tonkatsu which is Japanese Porkchops. The recipe as you will see is really easy and it came out really good! I found the Tonkatsu sauce at an asian grocery store in Riverside, CA.
