A good friend of mine <\/a>introduced me to the concept of one little word<\/a>, one word that defines your direction for the year.<\/p>\n My word this year?<\/p>\n Refine.<\/p>\n I want to clear the impurities out of my body, my house, my life. Less stuff, but more good stuff all around me, in fact only the best stuff. I did not pick the word “”refined”” which seems to have this slight ting of snootiness. I don’t want “”refined”” taste, I want to refine my life. Does that make sense?
