  1. I do sugar free cleanses every once in a while cutting out all sugars (even artificial sweeteners) except for fresh fruit. It feels amazing once you get over the initial withdrawals. Good luck! Check out the Spoonful of Sugar Free blog for great sugar free recipes 🙂

    • Most breads, not all breads, mostly looking at eliminating sweet breads and too much white flour. I am not going for a carb free plan , just trying to control sugar spikes. Luckily I am not diabetic AMDi would like to keep it that way.
